Personal Thoughts:

A heartwarming film that was adorable to watch, yet also meaningful. The director has done an amazing job in creating comical scenes and lovable characters amidst a tragic story of a young boy and a woman who comes to terms with her past regrets and newfound hope. Although it is labeled as a drama, there are much more comical scenes than tragic ones. Each character is completely lovable and I came to love each and everyone of them, from the minor one's to the Kim Ji-su and Gyung-Min (the boy); the relationship that develops between the characters is heartwarming and inspiring. There are countless scenes between the two that remind you about all the good in humanity. The film is about music, but does not focus too closely on the specifics of music, but rather uses music as a theme to develop the storyline. But regardless, the music pieces played are quite lovely and anyone who is a fan of the piano should watch this. The pace of the story is slow, so it is not for those who simply watch films for pure entertainment, although the whole film was entertaining for me. The story itself is not the most enticing, but the way in which it is drawn out is very enjoyable and will be a film that surely stays with you. I strongly recommend this to those who enjoy films, for their artistic value and meaning, or just love adorable characters.
